As moms, we try our best to provide the best care for our babies. Sometimes, taking preventative measures is the best way to care for our babies (and ourselves!). That is why I'd like to talk to you about how to prevent diaper rashes before they even happen.
There was a time when mealtime at our house got really OLD. It was when I had babies and preschoolers at home with me all day. My Man was very occupied with med school and sometimes would not be able to come home until 9:00 p.m. So often it turned out that me and my little ones would be eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner together alone.

As a mom, I’m juggling kids’ schedules, household chores, work, errands, and a million other things. Sometimes it’s all I can do to stay on top of all the stuff on my daily To Do list. Then, I open a closet and come face to face with all the stuff… you know, the stacks of pajamas, t-shirts and jeans that don’t fit the kids anymore, toys they haven’t played with in years, books that have been read and now just sit on the shelf undisturbed and gathering dust.
How do you spend one on one time with your kids?
My husband and I have four children, each two years apart. Spending one on one time with each of the can be challenging because they each want our attention all of the time.
