I’m Tiffany Zimmerman, the mom behind The Working Mother’s Notebook. I am a wife and a mother to three children ages 11, 9, and 7 (You’ll often hear me refer to them as monkeys!!) I work full-time in the healthcare field so between working, a husband, and three active monkeys I find myself pretty busy. I am fluent in English and sarcasm. I try to find humor in almost every situation because if you can’t laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at? I am neurotic about weird things but hey, we all have our issues, right? For example, I am a self-diagnosed germaphobe; I love to clean out things and organize (I mean, I love to organize). Just a couple of other things about me, reading is one of my top 5 favorite things to do and if you offered me a beach house on a lovely beach in a warm, tropical place I wouldn’t think twice about saying “Heck yes!!”
I started my blog a few years ago mainly just to write about what we were up to with the kids and let my family see current pictures, etc… Now it’s evolved into a little more – I still write about my children and what we’ve been up to as a family, but I also write about funny things my monkeys say and do, yummy recipes I’ve tried and want to share, words that inspire me, and helpful tricks for this and that.
I hope you find my blog warm and inviting and fun to read. I love hearing from people, so feel free to drop me a comment. You can also find me on Facebook at or on Twitter @workingmomnotes.
